I don't like to put people in a box but his music comes off as a little piece of a quirkier side of him. He's a cat that likes hip-hop and anime (more specifically Yu Yu Hakusho), and that doesn't sound ridiculous to me. So before you compare him with Super Duper Kyle, Chance the Rapper, and Childish Gambino just listen. Dude has some serious skills with a microphone in hand, either one.
