Bold words but that's whats expected from Joe College. "He's back," as it said in a CivXSav press release a few weeks back. College returns with his signature braggadocious greasy talk. We haven't had a track from him in almost two years with his last offering, Pay the Man. In the last seven days not only have we gotten new music but a double shot of visuals.
